Come join us in our culinary classroom for a one hour class that will help you learn to handle your kitchen knives with confidence! Chef Dan Rothstadt of Zwilling is an accredited chef with years of experience in knife skills, he will show you how to handle your knife, and use your honing steel with confidence. In this class you will practice using a Chef, Santoku, Fillet, and Paring knife, plus find the answers to all your cutlery questions!
