About this event
Learn the beautiful Japanese art of Kinusaiga, a fabric art technique that uses small pieces of fabric to create colorful, textured designs. No sewing required! During the class, you’ll start with a pre-designed pattern and learn how to use simple tools to press and tuck fabric into the grooves of your design. You’ll learn how to choose and combine fabrics, work around curves and details, and build your design piece by piece. By the end of the class, you’ll have created your own unique Kinusaiga artwork to take home Instructor: Heather Coombs
