About this event
Gerber Hart Library & Archives. When we get quiet, we become self-aware and become more empowered on our journey. The focus will be on incorporating “pranayam” or “sacred breathing” techniques to deepen your meditation. The class emphasizes self-healing and energy work to help us with kink and general everyday life. Come to the class and be open and ready to participate to learn about these modalities to connect with yourself. Come worship with us once a month with some fun and engaging kink education. Leather Redux is our workshop leader, and will cover a new topic each month. There is plenty of time to listen and learn, and to practice your new skills.
