"Kings Mountain” - Gastonia Architecture & History Appreciation Society

The "Gastonia Architecture & History Appreciation Society (GAAHAS)" has scheduled a field trip to Kings Mountain...and we are invited! The tour includes a private tour of the Kings Mountain Historical Museum. The tour will continue to the Nutty for Nutcrackers Museum and end with a visit to the Southern Arts Society which is housed inside the town's historic train depot. Our friend and local historian, Annie O'Leary Crites, will be leading this event. This will be a true walk through the history of Kings Mountain. We will meet the others in the group at the Kings Mountain Historical Museum. I will put the address as our location. If anything changes, I will send messages to those who sign up. The group will visit 3 locations...before and after lunch. We will choose a local restaurant for our lunch break. There are several great options in the downtown area. This is a FREE event, but it does require that you register through eventbrite. Here is the link.
