Kids Halloween Yoga Saturday, Oct. 31st from 11am-12pm at Soma Studio in New London Come in costume! Play on the mat & get some treats after! A fun and playful class to help kids move, breathe and build confidence. All are welcome! Class ends with a short, soothing sound bath with Tibetan sound bowls to help them feel calm and happy.
