Kettletown State Park. Picnic Afterwards.

We’ll start the 6 mile hike together, then at a certain point, we’ll split up. Patrick will lead those who want to do a shorter 4 mile hike, while I continue with the 6 mile route. So you’ll have a choice! And don’t forget, we’re having a picnic afterward! If you’d like to participate, please bring something to share, like a potluck, and a chair. This 605 acre park, of which 324 are in Southbury, borders approx. two miles of Lake Zoar shoreline. There are six miles of maintained hiking trails that offer panoramic overlooks high above Lake Zoar. This will be a 6 mile hike. Sorry, no pets allowed.
