ART FESTIVAL Kayenta Street Painting Festival Saturday, April 11 & Sunday, April 12 10am – 5pm daily FREE to attend! Kayenta Art Village Step into a colorful world of creativity at the annual Kayenta Street Painting Festival, presented by the Kayenta Arts Foundation. This year’s theme, “Under One Desert Sky,” celebrates the breathtaking beauty of our desert landscape and the sense of community it inspires. Over the course of the weekend, talented students and professional artists transform the Art Village walkways into stunning chalk murals, using the pavement as their canvas. Watch the artwork come to life in real time as vibrant desert colors and imaginative designs unfold before your eyes. Bring the whole family and spend the weekend exploring the festival—vote for your favorite artwork, stroll through the Art Village galleries, enjoy live music and delicious food trucks, and experience a joyful celebration of art, community, and the desert we call home.
