Most importantly, this evening is an opportunity for our community to surround Kat with love and support as she begins the difficult journey of rebuilding after this devastating loss. A Letter from Denise Winter Dear Key City Community, October is a time of gathering, reflection, and abundance—and this year, we are thrilled to open A Harvest of the Arts Festival, running October 1–25 at Key City Public Theatre. Our festival begins with something especially meaningful: Kat Agudo & Friends: A Benefit Concert, on October 1 at 7:30pm. Kat Agudo is a beloved theatre artist and our Audience Services Manager here at Key City Public Theatre. You may know Kat from numerous appearances on our stage in productions including The Winter’s Tale, Bark! The Musical, and Sips & Scripts. Kat is also one of the warm, welcoming faces who help make Key City a home for artists and audiences alike. Following a recent devastating house fire and loss of home and personal belongings, Kat is working towards finding a permanent home here in the Port Townsend community. Together, we have an opportunity to surround Kat with the same care, generosity, and community resilience that they have shared with so many of us when attending and working at KCPT. On October 1, Kat will take the stage alongside friends Morgan Bartholick, Kyle LeMaire, and Maggie Jo Bulkley, with Music Director Linda Dowdell, for an evening of music, friendship, laughter, and connection.
