Juneteenth Zine-Folding Party

\*\* With Little Zine Revolution and Our Little Free Diverse Library \*\* Have you noticed the bin of free zines at Bold lately? If not, check it out by the register next time you're in! And while you're at it, start thinking of what Anti-Fascist, Anti-Colonialist words and pictures you would put into your own zine. ICE Out? Ban the Fascists? Liberty and Justice for All? Something else? Then put our zine-making party on your calendar for Juneteenth! The phenomenal Wendy Shih of Our Little Free Diverse Library has begun the Little Zine Revolution, and you are invited to join. We'll have loads of preprinted zines that you can help fold for distribution in the LZR libraries as well as supplies for you to make your own zines! An LZR volunteer will be available to teach zine tips and tricks as well as to share a bit about how LZR came to be and the many locations it has expanded to. Arrive at 6:00 to order food and drink and get comfortable. The revolution begins at 6:30 p.m. See you there! Event is free. Suggested $10 donation for supplies and volunteer support.
