The Jon Pardi performance scheduled for October 2nd at the Atrium Health Amphitheater has been postponed to October 30th. Your original ticket is still valid for this new show date and there is no action required on your part. Should you prefer a refund, one will be provided to you from your original point of purchase. For those who purchased tickets online through ticketmaster.com, simply log into your account to request a refund. For those who purchased in person at the Macon Coliseum box office, please return to the box office on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 10am to 5pm. Refunds will be made available until October 16 11:59PM. Refunds will not be available after this date. Ticketmaster is the verified ticketing provider for the Atrium Health Amphitheater. We are not responsible for tickets purchased from unverified ticketing sites or outlets. Please reach out to your original point of purchase for refund inquiries. WEATHER POLICY: The Atrium Health Amphitheater is an outdoor venue and we monitor weather conditions hourly on event days. All events are rain or shine. Venue & event promoter’s policy is no refunds or exchanges in the event of rain, event delay and/or evacuation. Refunds will only be given if the event is canceled in its entirety. Raincoats and ponchos are allowed. Tickets will be mobile only. Saving your ticket to your phone wallet [Apple Wallet or Google Pay] will help with pulling up your ticket to scan promptly. Patrons can also pull up their tickets within the Ticketmaster app. You can purchase tickets for Atrium Health Amphitheater events at the Macon Coliseum Box Office on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Box office hours vary on the day of an event.
