Grammy Award-winning pianist, vocalist, and songwriter Jon Cleary has spent more than three decades at the forefront of New Orleans funk, R&B, and soul. His latest release, The Bywater Sessions, captures Cleary and his acclaimed band, the Absolute Monster Gentlemen, live in the studio-delivering the deep grooves, joyful energy, and rich musicianship that have made them a staple of the New Orleans music scene and international stages alike. A longtime fixture of the New Orleans scene, Cleary has performed with legends including Dr. John, Bonnie Raitt, and Taj Mahal. His Grammy-winning album Go-Go Juice helped solidify his reputation as one of today's leading interpreters and innovators of New Orleans music.
