• What we'll do Feedbackers is a monthly niche club that focuses on evaluations. At Feedbackers each speaker gets 4 evaluations. Speakers can ask for specific areas they would like evaluations on: such as Vocal Variety, Gestures, Theme, & Emotional Impact. By having 4 evaluators, our members learn how to give effective evaluations that are actionable, specific, and useful. Each of the 4 evaluators are then given feedback by the General Evaluator so they can improve, too. We know how hard it is to provide effective and useful feedback. Learning how to evaluate a person's performance effectively and gracefully is best done through practice. At Feedbackers you will get the practice you crave. Feedbackers Toastmasters provides a safe place to learn and grow. Come see us at Providence St. Vincent (on Barnes Road, in conference room #20) every 2nd Wednesday of each month at 7:30 pm.
