St. Paul-based singer-songwriter Joe Carey has been active in the greater Minnesota music scene for over 25 years and has released six albums to date, along with several singles. He is known for his rootsy blend of soulful rock, classic country, and Irish folk music that The Current says “rings with the energy and swagger of a band of sailors in a crowded Irish pub”. Carey is now celebrating the recent release of his new topical EP “Fight Songs” about which local radio personality Bill Deville says “may be his best batch yet!”. Jeff Ray is a slide‑guitarist and songwriter whose resonator‑based style blends blues, folk, and global melodic traditions. His music emphasizes improvisation, atmosphere, and emotional presence. With eight albums and national radio features, he’s a longtime voice in Midwest acoustic music. Norah Shea is an upcoming singer/songwriter from Roseville, MN. She describes her music as “sad folk for eldest daughters.” She finds influence in artists such as Bob Dylan, Joni Mitchell, and Paul McCartney.
