JETSET Summer Wellness Start your weekend with movement, mindfulness and community at JETSET on the Mat, a 50-minute mat Pilates class designed to build strength, improve mobility and leave you feeling refreshed. Whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner, all fitness levels are welcome.
