Jen Kober

Jen Kober is originally from Lake Charles, LA, and has energetically bounded onto the national stage bringing crowds to their feet with her original blend of stand-up and storytelling. Her hard-hitting hour is phenomenally funny as Kober commands the stage and dares you not to laugh. Jen was the back-to-back Winner of NPRs Snap Judgement Comedic Performance of the Year Award for her Girl Scout Cookie Caper story which went viral upon its release, and the next year for her story titled Nana Vs. OJ which got almost a million views!Jen appeared on Netflix in 2019 as she joined the cast of two of its original shows. Including RuPauls sitcom AJ & The Queen and Dead to Me. Jen had audiences rolling in the aisles on The Righteous Gemstones on HBO, played a no-nonsense detective in The Purge on USA Network, and was a wacky science teacher in Diary Of A Future President on Disney+.In 2021 Jen s momentum continued with a recurring role on American Horror Story, a guest star on Showtimes Black Monday with Regina Hall and Don Cheadle, and a Season 2 regular on Apple TVs new queer sitcom, The Browns. Jen was also featured in Audibles Pride Special, Owning It. 2022 started off with a bang as Jen booked a hilarious guest starring role on the CBS sitcom How We Roll starring Pete Holmes and Katie Lowes, and a quick appearance with Jean Smart on the acclaimed HBO series Hacks. In 2023, she appeared as Sheriff Linda Lawless on the Disney Channels hit series Bunkd. You also saw her in a galaxy far far away as she joined the Star Wars universe on the epic series, The Mandalorian on Disney+.Now, in 2024, Kober is full steam ahead. Jen filmed a half hour comedy special in Vegas that was released by 800LB Gorilla Media in June. She is also a featured comedian in the Cirque Du Soleil show MAD APPLE now playing in Las Vegas. Kober sold out 2 solo shows at the Netflix is a Joke Festival that took over Los Angeles in May AND was most recently seen as Mad Maxine on Sebastian Maniscalcos HBO Max
