Jeff Goldblum & The Mildred Snitzer Orchestra + Colorado Symphony

About this event

Jeff Goldblum has somehow turned **being Jeff Goldblum into a legitimate jazz career**, and good for us! He and the Mildred Snitzer Orchestra have been mixing classic jazz with piano chops, deadpan charm, and contagious weird-dad energy for 30 years, now. For Denver, they’re going bigger: **Goldblum + his jazz band + the full Colorado Symphony.** * 🔹 **What It Is:** Cocktail jazz + full orchestra + Goldblum being Goldblum. * 🔹 **If You Like:** Vince Guaraldi, Jon Batiste, Tony Bennett, handsome men asking the audience oddly specific questions. * 🔹 **Essential Track:** “The Cat"—slinky, playful, excellent example. * 🎤 **Why This Show?** Serious musicianship. Deeply unserious energy. * 📍 **Meetup Plan:** This is a pick-your-own-seat event. I’ll be at **Orchestra 1, Row D, Seat 63** for anyone who wants to aim nearby**.** We'll meet at Union Lodge No. 1 at 6:30 for pre-show mingling! Show starts at 8p. * 🎟️ **Tickets:** From **$35–178 including fees** at [Colorado Symphony](https://tickets.coloradosymphony.org/8024?utm_source=chatgpt.com). * *💪 Pro-tip: I got my $178+ seat for a mere $38. If you're under 45 consider joining the [Crescendo Society](https://coloradosymphony.org/support/memberships/crescendo-society/) for similar sweet deals and free events.* **Q: What's the RSVP policy? 🚫** A: RSVP etiquette is crucial! No-shows can throw off the vibe of the event, so we kindly ask that you shoot the host a message or un-RSVP before the event starts if you can't make it. **Two no-shows may result in removal from the group.** **Q: How can I support? 💌** A: Did you know that your humble organizers pay about $360 a year to bring events to you on Meetup? A **tiny annual donation** from you is all it takes to keep the events coming. Suggested donation is $5/event or $20 for unlimited events. Just send a Venmo/Paypal to me @mandirao (or ask me for Zelle). Couldn't do it without you! 💓
