About this event
Expect to have a great time, learning the basics of boxing. We are meeting in parking lot of Friendship Park, to the right of the main entrance. Bring water, athletic shoes, boxing gloves and dress in layers please! Judgement free for all! This class is for beginners, all ages and ALL fitness levels. Let's have fun!!!!
