ABOUT THE ARTIST Nick MacGregor is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, producer, and vocalist whose creative work bridges deep musical tradition with modern sonic storytelling. Playing drums and piano since the age of four, he developed an early passion for music that eventually led him to begin formal studies at Arizona State University at just 17 years old. MacGregor earned both a Bachelor of Music and Master of Music in Jazz Studies, along with a Certificate in Music Business. During his studies, he learned from renowned musicians and educators including Lewis Nash, Dom Moio, Corcoran Holt, Michael Kocour, Dr. Jeff Libman, and Clarke Rigsby. He has since shared the stage with artists including Charles Lewis, Wayne Bergeron, Nathan De’Shon Myers, Myron Butler, and Bill Banfield. A prolific composer and producer, MacGregor independently wrote and produced six full-length instrumental albums between 2023 and 2025.
