About this event
The term “cult” is a controversial one—often, we use the word to describe belief systems that we think are “weird,” or that don’t align with the more standard world religions. There have been a number of groups and movements that have been popularly considered "cults." From the People's Temple to Heaven's Gate to the Oregon Holy Rollers, the United States has had its fair share (some say far more than fair) of interesting groups. Come and discuss with Bobby!
