Thursday, November 5 6:00 to 8:30pm $99 Per Adult Get ready to cook, eat, and enjoy a little of what we make at home. We’ll spend the evening cooking together, sharing a meal, and sending you off with something delicious to take with you. Feel free to bring a bottle of wine. Italian food and good company make a .. lovely pairing. This is a hands-on cooking experience for everyone, whether you love to cook or are here mainly for the food and company. You may even pick up a few tips along the way! Menu: Bruschette della Zia (my aunt’s bruschetta) Toasted bread with a topping of tomato, capers, olives, basil, and lots of olive oil. Home made cavatelli pasta We will start with flour and water and make some pasta with out very own hands Sugo semplice di pomodoro A simple tomato sauce for half of the the cavatelli Pesto fatto in casa Home made pesto, for the rest of the cavatelli Tiramisu Classico Your classic tiramisù! I’ll be there to guide you through every step.
