Learning Objectives ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditing prepares quality professionals to confidently plan, conduct, and report effective internal audits. Developed using ISO 19011 guidelines, this two-day training teaches participants how to interpret ISO 9001:2015 requirements, gather objective evidence, and evaluate the effectiveness of a quality management system (QMS). Through practical exercises and real-world case studies, attendees gain the skills needed to improve compliance and drive continual improvement within their organizations. The course also covers auditing ethics, the “human factor,” and practical auditing techniques. Real-world case studies and team exercises reinforce key concepts and provide hands-on learning opportunities. Target Audience This workshop is designed for: Quality managers and audit program leaders. Current and future ISO internal auditors. Members of ISO 9001 setup teams.
