Join us every Wednesday evening for Intuitive & Spiritual Development + Meditation, a welcoming 90-minute experience designed to help you explore your intuition, deepen your spiritual awareness, expand your understanding, and connect with yourself and others. Each week begins with Intuitive & Spiritual Development, exploring a different topic through teaching, conversation, reflection, hands-on exercises, and experiential practices. Topics change throughout the month and connect with Cultivate’s monthly theme, creating opportunities to explore spiritual ideas and practices from a variety of perspectives. The evening concludes with a guided intuitive meditation or consciousness practice chosen to complement and integrate that week’s experience. This may include guided meditation, visualization, sound, breathwork, intuitive exercises, consciousness exploration, or other practices appropriate to the evening’s theme. Because every gathering is different, the experience is allowed to unfold naturally. Some evenings may include a longer meditation or experiential practice, while others may conclude with a shorter meditation following a deeper discussion or activity. No previous experience is necessary. Whether you’re just beginning to explore intuition and spirituality or have been on your journey for years, you’re welcome to participate at your own comfort level.
