Intro to Mixed Martial Arts

Join Skool Aid for an introduction to Mixed Martial Arts. This class is about how to compete, while also keeping those noncombatant participants engaged and bettering their physical health and strength. No matter the age - all participants learn self defense to a degree and are rewarded their efforts in knowledge.
