About this event
Anyone can gather wild food for fun and nutrition, even in urban areas! Intro to Foraging is a class on gathering edible plants and fungi in the Atlanta area, with an emphasis on species that are the best tasting and easiest to prepare. We will go over safety basics, then discuss what is in season and where to find it.
