International Cab Franc Day Tasting

International Cabernet Franc Day falls annually on December 4, the anniversary of the death of Cardinal Richelieu, who is thought to have taken cuttings of Cabernet Franc from southwest France to the Loire Valley. We are celebrating here at Glendale Ridge Vineyard with a tasting of EIGHT of our Cabernet Francs. This will be an opportunity to explore the difference a year can make on a wine with tasting notes and fun facts from the winemaker himself. Try sold out vintages from our library, unreleased vintages straight from the barrel and everything in between. After you taste through the wines, you will have the opportunity to purchase these wines for your at home library! Purchase 4+ bottles of wine and have your ticket fee credited towards the purchase. Tickets: $20 non-wine club members | $15 wine club members (log in at the top right to get your discount) This is an open house style event, you are welcome to come anytime between the hours of 6 and 8 p.m., and stay as little or as long as you would like!
