Intermediate/Advanced Bluegrass Jam at Copperworks - Kenmore

3:00 to 6:00 PM: Bring your acoustic instrument (no drums, spoons, or washboards, please) and join us as we play both traditional and modern bluegrass music. If you’re comfortable playing lead and rhythm at medium to full tempos, improvising, leading songs, and learning new songs by ear, this is the jam for you. It's assumed that you are good at playing quietly when others take a break, as we all try to listen and support each other as an ensemble, so we can all sound our best. 6:30 to 8:30 PM: After the jam, we'll clear the stage of the chairs and put up microphones. The house band will play and invite advanced members of the jam to join. You can play for a song or a set, depending on who else shows that night.
