About this event
Make a sweet garland of colorful wool leaves and acorns to celebrate fall! Felter Jen Newburg will lead kids and their special adults by shaping and decorating a set of leaves and acorns using the magical needle felting technique. Participants will then string them together onto a garland they can hang for a little indoor fall color. Using a needle to poke colorful wool into shapes is a fun and easy craft for all ages, and this project is especially suited for younger participants, ages 5-10, with an accompanying adult. Children and their adults will work side-by-side on their projects throughout class. Additional information: Advanced registration required. A $25 materials fee is due in class to the instructor, and covers all materials and tools. Prerequisites: This program is for one child and one adult to attend together, and each work on their own projects. Please reach out if you wish to confirm available space for additional children to attend with a registered adult. Skill Level: Open to all skill levels.
