Breathwork and guided meditation to help you release what no longer serves you. Our work together will begin with cacao and intention setting. Katie will guide the group through a breathwork session followed by a guided meditation led by Shea. These combined modalities will release what no longer serves you, creating space for the intentions you wish to cultivate. After the breathwork and meditation session, you will gently transition into a state of deep rest, supported by the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls while simultaneously receiving energy work. Benefits from this session: ● Reduce stress and anxiety ● Release toxins from the body ● Strengthen your lungs and boost immunity ● Release emotions stored in the body ● Explore expanded states of consciousness ● Strengthen your intuition We would recommend: ● Avoid eating a heavy meal 1 hour prior ● Wear comfortable clothes ● Arrive at least 10 minutes before the session to get settled in
