About this event

Calling all crafters and craft-curious! Bring your works-in-progress or learn from the beginning at an evening of community, creativity, and connection. New knitters: Register as a beginner and receive your own Knit Kit! Includes needles, a skein of yarn, and a beanie pattern to take home and practice with. Emily will guide you through the basics of knits, and purls, and casting on. Seasoned Crafters: Register as "Drop-in" and bring your own projects. Enjoy an evening of community building or get help from Emily on knitting techniques like increases, decreases, cast-off methods, cabling, colorwork, etc! All self-contained crafts are welcome—knitting, crochet, beading, needlepoint, cross-stitch, drawing, hand sewing just to name a few! Emily is a long-time knitter and fiber artist. WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE REGISTERING All levels are welcome. Bring what you are working on. Knit kits provided for Beginners. Other tools available to borrow for drop-ins.
