Celebrate July 4th the old-fashioned way! Saturday, July 4 • 9 a.m.-4 p.m. All activities included with General Admission Celebrate a historic Independence Day in the town of Walnut Hill. 1876 marks the first centennial of the United States, and Living History Farms’ Independence Day activities truly show what this day meant to those in the 19th century—a day of family fun and games. Join us for games, crafts, a parade, and more! Historic Baseball & America’s Picnic Starting at 3:30 p.m. • FREE Bring a picnic and a blanket or chair for the most American of pastimes! We play by 1876 rules, wearing period uniforms. After the game, try your own turn at bat.
