The “In the Living Room Music Series” continues it’s success with deep dives into the lives of local creators at the Sedona International Film Festival’s Mary D. Fisher Theatre. On Monday, April 13th at 7:00 PM, series creator Shondra Jepperson sits down with the talented musician, Lisa Bell, and her special guest, singer-guitarist, recording artist, Greg Benedetto, for an evening of music and personal stories. Modeled after the legendary “Inside the Actors Studio,” this interactive series moves away from a standard concert format to offer a rare, personal conversation, getting to know the artists behind their music. Moderated by award-winning composer Shondra Jepperson, this installment of the series goes behind the scenes with an artist who spent years honing her craft in the high-energy music scene of New York. From playing piano and keyboards in various bands to performing as a solo artist, Lisa brings a wealth of professional experience and East Coast flair to the “Living Room” stage. “The best part of this series is introducing our community to the hidden gems in our own backyard,” says creator Shondra Jepperson. “Lisa spent years making her living in the New York music circuit, and she has that seasoned, ‘real-deal’ perspective that only comes from years on the keys. Greg is also a huge talent.
