Please bring a yoga mat or towel, water, and whatever else you need to make it your best practice. We will meet at the green building at the back of the parking lot. Please enter through the main door and proceed to our practice area at the top of the stairs. There is a general waiver to practice so please either fill one out ahead of time or come early enough to fill one out before class. I usually try to arrive 15 mins early.
