In-Person! Heart-Wall Clearing Group Session: $20

If you’ve ever experienced rejection, heartache, trauma or loss, your subconscious may have built an energetic wall around your heart to protect you from being hurt again. *Heart-Walls are made up of layers of trapped emotional energies and they can: Make it a harder to give and receive love - and feel connected to others Decrease your ability to feel emotions like love, joy and gratitude Contribute to feelings of isolation, anxiety and depression Weaken your immune system Cause heaviness or pain in the chest, neck and shoulders Interfere with your ability to become your highest and best What to expect: We will check-in briefly and then I will follow the Emotion Code® protocol to begin releasing your Heart-Wall one layer at a time. Heart-Wall Clearing Groups are limited to 3 participants - and the time will be divided equally. If you’re the only one who registers, the whole time is yours. To save your spot and get the door code email me at: erin@ourstorytherapy.com It usually takes 2-3 individual sessions to release a Heart-Wall completely. Individual sessions are available (virtually or in-person) $88 for 45 minutes Clearing your Heart-Wall opens up your heart, so you can give and receive more love. When your heart is open, you become an anchor for the divine energy that is transforming and healing the world.
