Imagination Art Club with Laura Leigh Let your imagination grow! This is a class for young artists (ages 5-12) to explore new mediums and fundamental drawing and painting skills with local artist Laura Leigh. Every week will feature a new fun seasonal project! Laura encourages each student to find their own artistic voice with encouragement and projects that provoke creativity. Where: Trailside Lounge at Full Circle (This is the cafe center space in the large building at Full Circle that is adjacent to Gardiner Bakehouse). When: 6-week session- Tuesdays (October 20th - November 24th), 5- 6 pm How: Sliding Scale: Sustaining Rate - $150/6 weeks | Community Supported Rate - $90/6-weeks | Pay-it-Forward - $180/6 weeks. Register below & please complete the Waiver & Emergency Contact Info Form. $150/6 Weeks - Sustaining Rate $90/6 Weeks - Community Supported Rate $180/6 Weeks - Pay-it-Forward Waiver & Emergency Contact Form Meet the Instructor Laura Leigh is a fine artist and maker of organic watercolor paints based in New Paltz, NY. after completing her BFA in Painting and Drawing from SUNY New Paltz in 2014, she has completed several artist's residency programs, many in national parks. Laura has created her own earth pigment library made from Ochre minerals and clay from around the country, and now spends most of her time teaching online and in person classes. She believes that painting is therapeutic and wants to help heal and connect people through creative expression.
