Hydranamics Dragon Boat Training - ENDURANCE TRAINING Join the Cleveland Hydranamics Dragon Boat Team for a session of intense training on the water. This session will focus on mainly on endurance and synchronization. We are on the water by 9:30. We will not be coming back to the dock for any stragglers. We have a hard stop at 10:30 so if we're late getting on the water, that means a shorter, but harder workout. If you are new to Dragon Boat paddling, please try to join us first time on a Tuesday evening training. The Cleveland Dragon Boat Association also offers "Learn to Paddle" sessions on Saturday morning. But if that's not an option, don't be shy. Just come along and we will get you hooked up.
