Hydranamics Dragon Boat Training - ENDURANCE TRAINING Join the Cleveland Hydranamics Dragon Boat Team for a session of intense training on the water. This session will focus on mainly on endurance and synchronization. We are on the water by 9:15. We will not be coming back to the dock for any stragglers. We have a hard stop at 10:20 so if we're late getting on the water, that means a shorter, but harder workout. We are a competitive team and this is the heart of our training season. While we welcome new paddlers, it is recommended that new paddlers attend the Learn To Paddle class held by the Cleveland Dragon Boat Association on Saturday mornings.
