Join Rachel at Gene Leahy Mall for a beginner hula-hoop class! Dress in comfortable athletic gear, grab a water bottle, and come ready to shake off the week. We’ll start with a quick body warm-up, followed by step-by-step instruction on core hooping mechanics, easy hand moves, and simple trick combos. Whether you haven’t spun a hoop since elementary school or just want to try a fun outdoor activity, all ages and skill levels are welcome! Hoops are provided—just show up, catch the weekend vibes, and get ready to laugh, dance, and try something new. This event will be held on the Downtown Green.
