Meeting Room, Hollis Social Library. Event Description: Are you just discovering the world of beginning chapter books and want to discuss them with friends? Join HSL's Hugo's Huddle Book Club! It's perfect for readers ages 5-8 who love Mercy Watson, Pets Rule, Dragon Masters and more. Each month we'll read and discuss a different beginning chapter book, have a snack, and do a craft or activity related to the book. Participants will get to help choose the upcoming books! Hugo's Huddle will meet each month from October - May on the fourth Tuesday of the month from 4:00-4:45pm. This year's books: Discussion Date Book (Title/Author) Series Information 10/27/26 My Kingdom of Darkness by Susan Tan Pets Rule, Book 1 11/24/26 The Princess in Black by Shannon Hale The Princess in Black, Book 1 12/22/26 TBD 1/26/27 TBD 2/23/27 TBD 3/23/27 TBD 4/27/27 TBD 5/25/27 TBD Who Can Attend: The event is for children ages 5-8.
