Halloween is a time for boos & barks! Dress up your four-legged friend and come to the 3rd Annual Howl-O-Ween event at the City of Harlan Dog Park on Friday October 23rd from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. hosted by Harlan Tourism & Harlan County Friends of the Shelter. Sign up for the costume contest. Trick or Treat for dog treats with pet loving organizations and businesses. Have a doggone good time! Don’t have a dog? The Harlan County Animal Shelter will be on hand with adoptable dogs! Arrive without a pet and go home with a new member of the family. We believe all dogs deserve treats so we’re encouraging everyone to bring a donation item for the Harlan County Animal Shelter. Dog food, cleaning supplies, paper towels, dog toys, etc. are always appreciated! 🐶Dogs only. 🐶All dogs must remain on leash throughout the event. Would your business, organization, club, or family like to set up a dog trick or treat station? Contact us at (606) 573-4495 to register!
