We will be discussing the dangers of smoking & vaping, common chronic diseases that smoking & vaping impacts including cardiovascular (heart, high blood pressure, cholesterol), pulmonary (COPD, asthma), diabetes, and autoimmune diseases, and how lifestyle choices impact our overall health.
