Some stages matter more than others. On Thursday, September 10th from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, the School of Rock Aurora/DTC House Band sets up on the front lawn at Children's Hospital Colorado on the Anschutz Campus and plays a free, all-ages set for the patients, families, and staff who spend their days inside. Our House Band is the top tier of the program — audition-only students who've put in the rehearsal hours and earned the right to play out. This one isn't about the venue or the crowd size. It's about walking music up to the people who can't come to it, and giving somebody a good hour on a hard day. Free and open to anyone on the lawn. Come listen, bring a chair, and help us make it loud in the best possible way.
