Bring your own yoga mat. Bring water bottle to stay hydrated. During sound bath, you'll want to have put your socks back on and on with a sweater or hoodie. For ultimate comfort during that last part of class, you may want an eye-mask or small towel to cover eyes, you might want to have a blanket with you to cover up with so that body can be super cozy, and decorative size pillow for under the head. Bring what you need for your practice. Please be respectful of everyone in attendance and have phone shut off during class. No recording audio or visual. A shared yoga practice isn't the time for creating social media content. Thank you for your honesty. If you have any specific health limitations, please make teacher aware before start of class.
