Tickets! Hoops & Hops presents our Sip & Spin Series – hooping and hopping around to different local breweries and cideries. Hoops & Hops – Sip & Spin is a fun, beginner-friendly 45-minute workout featuring weighted hula hooping and some barre-inspired exercises. Enjoy upbeat music, lots of laughs, and full-body burn in a welcoming, no-pressure environment. After class, stay and unwind with a complimentary drink, while connecting with friends-old and new. Individual classes $35/each Sip & Spin Series (6 classes) $180 ($30/class) New and used hoops available for purchase. Please arrive a few minutes early for check-in. Come for the spin, stay for the sips!
