The McFaddin-Ward House Education Department will offer “Christmas Past,” a free Homeschool Workshop for ages 8 – 12, on Tuesday, December 15, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. in the Museum’s Visitor Center Lecture Hall (1906 Calder Avenue, Beaumont). The holiday has seen many changes through the decades. Students will take a look back at what Christmas was like from 1900 – 1950. Participants will also enjoy a walk-through tour of the first floor of the historic home magnificently decorated for the holiday season. Registration is not required, but seating is limited. **Please note: This is not a drop off event. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
