Join Historian Shannon Butler as we venture up to the city’s highest point and cover the history of College Hill Park. From its days as a boy’s school and serving as a stage for Frederick Douglass, to being the source of fresh water for the city’s population and an inspiration to many, there can be no doubt that this hillside is full of stories.
