About this event
Foods of the Fall Harvest Autumn was a busy time in early American kitchens. The abundance of fresh produce needed to be processed and preserved or put in storage for the long winter. This October, our cooks will be making dishes featuring fall favorites such as apples, pumpkins, squash, and corn! Dates: October 2, 3, 9, 10, 11, 16, (no cooking on Saturday 17) 23, 24, 30, 31 Included with general admission.
