Meet at 10 a.m. at the Visitor Center, 16821 O’Brien Trail North, Marine on St. Croix, MN 55047. Start hiking at 10:15 a.m. A state park sticker or day pass is needed to enter the park. We will hike the hilly hiking club trail that traverses woodlands, wetlands, and prairies for a total of about 4.5 miles. Depending on the weather, bring rain gear, good hiking shoes or boots, sunscreen, a snack, a water bottle, and hiking poles if you think you might need them. Bring a bag lunch to enjoy at the picnic tables afterwards.
