High B+ level sand volleyball

• Sign Up Policy: As a courtesy to those signing up -- ONLY those signing up are guaranteed a spot to play. If you do not sign up or you are on the waiting list but show up -- you will not play unless there is an open spot, e.g. someone leaves or volunteers / shares their spot. This has become increasingly important. Do not just show up and expect to play. If you are on the waiting list and show up, please understand that the original 12 will always get priority, AND High B+ players only please! • No Show policy: A "no-show" is when you RSVP 'YES' for an event but fail to attend it. If you are not going to be able to attend, please update your RSVP to "not going" so someone else can have your spot. No-shows hurt the group as it takes a spot away from a member who is willing to come and prevents organizers from getting a fair headcount for their events. • Please note we can only save your spot up to 1hr after the start time. if you do not show up after 1/2 hour and not let the event host know your status then we will assume you are a no show and your spot will be given to the waitlist. • The first no show will be exclude from the next sign up. Individuals with two (2) no-shows will be removed from the group and will not be allowed for signing up in the future event. No conversation, no warning, and no exceptions. • If you are unsure whether you are playing at a High B+ level, please check with one of the host(s) prior to reserving a spot. It is the discretion of the host(s) to cancel your RSVP if you don't currently meet the minimum quality of play for High B+.
