Hejira: Celebrating Joni Mitchell

Formed in 2023, the band focuses on Mitchell's iconic mid-career catalog, performing songs from Court and Spark through Wild Things Run Fast, including favorites such as 'Amelia,' 'Hejira,' 'Coyote,' and 'A Case of You.' Led by guitarist Pete Oxley and featuring vocalists Hattie Whitehead, Jana Varga, and Immy Churchill, Hejira has quickly become one of the UK's most acclaimed tribute projects, performing more than 140 shows across the UK and Ireland, including appearances at the EFG London Jazz Festival, Brecon Jazz Festival, and Moseley Folk & Arts Festival. Their 2024 live album earned widespread praise from Jazzwise, which called the group "a formidably tight unit," while legendary drummer Bill Bruford declared: "Run, don't walk, for tickets."
