If you love heavy metal and have been waiting for the right moment to give yoga a try, this is the perfect time. Join us at the Henry County Public Library on Wednesday, October 28th from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm for a unique fitness experience that swaps standard spa music for your favorite heavy bands, such as Korn, Tool, and System of a Down, to name a few. This class is FREE to all and is specifically designed with beginners in mind. It offers a relaxed, welcoming environment to learn the basics of yoga while enjoying a powerful, high-energy playlist. All you need to bring is a friend and a water bottle, we supply the rest.
